I booked my car for its MOT and took it in on a Tuesday morning - unfortunately it failed (which I knew it would and was no fault of the garage itself). They phoned me to say it had failed and that they could have the relevant parts ordered and that they would get a quote ready for the end of the day when I was going to collect the car. Upon collection of my car, the quote was not ready due to the garage being very busy which I understood and I said it was OK to call me the following day with the quote. They did not call on Wednesday, nor the Thursday. At Friday lunch time I phoned the garage again to let them know I hadnt been contacted and asked if they had my quote available. They said they still hadnt got around to it and that they would call me by the end of the day. All of Friday passed and I never got a call back with a quote. I have now booked to take my car to another garage as I do not feel I should give my custom to a garage who are clearly so unorganised and do not care about their customers as they should.
Rude customer service , had work done a while ago and my wheel was left loose I had to tighten myself.

I took my car in for a check as I could hear something unusual coming from the car when driving (So many potholes in Oxford!) My car was looked at straight away but nothing obvious could be seen (which put my mind at rest). Very good customer service. Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work!
